Product description

Our Sanbang facemasks are KN95 certified, similar to the American N95 and European FFP2 certifications, meets the EN 149:2001 standard and CE marked.
The KN95/FFP2 mask is a respiratory protection equipment and can block greater than 95% of very small (0.3 micron level) test particles. It is not resistant to oil and can be used to protect nonoil suspended particles such as: air pollutants, pollen, animal allergens, bacteria and germs


(please note- wearing a mask cannot eliminate the risk of infection as it depends on the proper fit of the mask to the wearer and level of hygiene standards observed).


Made from 5 ply PP non-woven material and high quality electrostatic cotton to provide breathability and good filtration performance. This material is flexible and soft making it comfortable to wear.

The KN95 is designed to maximize breathing comfort and exhalation using a cool flow system.
The mask has three dimensional structure, a built in nose bridge and soft elastic straps to provide a snug fit to face leaving no gaps. Closer fit to face prevents harmful pollutants entering into the mask.
No welding seam design on the chin to eliminate skin irritation and more comfortable wearing.
The mask folds flat when not in use for hygienic storage.
Use time limit
When you use a mask, it gradually absorbs more and more particles, so the filter material becomes clogged over time. From the perspective of hygienic use, it is recommended that the disposable masks should be replaced at the end of a work shift (i.e. 8 hours).

The mask must be disposed of immediately:

  • When the breathing resistance of the mask increases significantly
  • When the mask is visibly soiled or damaged
  • When the mask does not fit close against face and gaps appear allowing pollutants to enter inside mask
  • When contaminated (e.g. when contaminated with foreign bodies such as blood stains or droplets.
  • When contacting an infected patient or suspected patient, replace it immediately (as the mask has been contaminated);
  • Storage conditions:

    1. Masks must be properly stored in its packaging and away from contaminated areas
    2. It must be kept in a clean environment and away from mechanical extrusion, humidity, high
    temperature, sunlight, and contact with corrosive chemicals to prevent damage;
    3. It is recommended that the product is stored at a temperature of -20 °C to 30 °C and a
    relative humidity of 80% or less.
    4. Care must be taken to avoid deformation of the mask when in storage

    Caution
    Wash your hands before each wear and every time you remove your mask.
    Avoid touching the mask during wearing to reduce the risk of contamination.
    Ensure the mask is on your face right way up. The built in metal/sponge strip end is the top.

    Do not expose your nose while wearing the mask.
    Tighten elastic strips if necessary to ensure no gap left between face and mask. To test after wearing the mask, exhale hard and make sure the air cannot escape out from the edge of the mask.
    KN95 mask is not washable. Washing will damage the structure of the electrostatic filter material, cause penetration and damage its filtering performance.
    The mask should not be sterilized in a microwave oven and cannot be cleaned.

    Warning!
    Even if worn in full compliance, the risk of infection or death cannot 100 per cent be eliminated.

    Returns

    Our aim is to provide you with the highest levels of service possible and this extends to our flexible and customer-friendly policies.

    Please do not return any items to Light Shop Direct without first contacting us by phone or email.

    If you wish to return goods for any reason please supply the following information:-

        Your full contact details.
        Details of the product(s) that you wish to return.
        The reason for return.
        Date of purchase.
        Our order number.
        No returned goods will be accepted unless authorised by us.

    We will do everything possible to comply with reasonable requests for returns and will issue any refund due to you as promptly as possible.

        If you are a domestic consumer and you are unhappy with the goods for any reason, you have the right to return them. You must inform us within 14 days of receipt, and you then have a further 14 days after this to send the item back to us. As long as they are returned suitably packaged in new, unused and in a resalable condition* and you pay for the return carriage and insurance, we will replace or refund them as appropriate.
         If you are a business customer then the Consumer Protection Regulations (2000) do not apply and you need to refer to our terms and conditions with regards to returns.
        If incorrect or faulty goods are supplied, we will of course replace or refund these, as appropriate, as quickly as possible. We must receive notification of any problems within 3 working days of delivery of your order.
        If goods are damaged in transit, please keep all documentation and packaging and contact us within 3 days of receipt for instructions.
        If you have ordered goods incorrectly, please contact our sales office to discuss your requirements. Returns of correctly supplied goods must be unused, undamaged, in the original packaging and carriage paid by the customer and may be subject to a re-stocking charge (at our discretion) to cover our expenses. Please note that exchanged items may be subject to re-delivery and administration charges at our discretion: This includes orders which were originally subject to our “free delivery” offer.
        If you are uncertain as to whether or not you are ordering the correct item, please do not order large quantities. If in doubt, either contact us for advice or order a single item to ensure that it is correct before ordering large quantities. Returns of large quantities may be subject to a re-stocking charge, once again this decision is made at our discretion.
        The following products are non-returnable: 
        Crompton LED T5, Crompton LED Compact Florescents, Collingwood products & Eglo products. Large Air conditioning units are also non returnable as they are a special order item. (unless found to be faulty)                                                                                                                                                          *Re-salable condition also covers the packaging which must be present and in perfect condition. If we are unable to refund we will give the option to have the goods returned to you at your expense.

    What doesn’t our warranty cover?

    In any instance where your bulb has developed a fault, we will do our utmost to replace it or offer a full refund (provided the item is still within its stated warranty period). However, if it becomes apparent that the product has been misused, tampered with or modified in any way, we will view this as having voided its warranty.

    ‘Misuse” includes, but is not limited to, incorrect operation by the user, use of non-dimmable bulbs on a dimmable circuit or connection to or operation with an unsuitable power supply. ‘Tampering’ or ‘modification’ can be interpreted as any activity designed to alter the product in such a way that it can be used in a manner that wasn’t intended by its original design. This can include rewiring, removing plugs, home repairs or changing components. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to replace any item that has undergone any such process.
