Our pallet covers are durable and at 90gsm very lightweight compared to conventional woven tarpaulins. The multi-laminate covers are equivalent to 200 gsm of conventional woven tarpaulin material. No stitches and mesh-like woven tarpaulin make this pallet covers 100% Waterproof frost resistance. The multi-layer cross-section film construction of these pallet covers is not only UV stabilized they also 100% Recyclable. The durable material that has multiple layers of the cross-section has ultrasonically welded eyelets, joints, and reinforced corners to try and retain the structural integrity of the piece while staying 100% waterproof.

Quarter Pallet = 101cm x 123cm x 60cm (H)

Half Pallet = 101cm x 123cm x 100cm (H)

Full Pallet = 101cm x 123cm x 220cm (H)

100% Waterproof and Frost resistant. No stitches and mesh-like woven fabrics/tarpaulins and not even sewn. Exceptionally strong co-extruded cross-laminated film manufactured through an innovative process. The higher performance with a lighter gauge offers significant savings in material cost

UV resistance: Has the ability to absorb UV radiation and dissipate the energy as low-level heat, thus withstanding the pressure to crack or disintegrate under continuous exposure to sunlight.

Has good water barrier properties, and moisture resistance and retains 100% strength even when wet. Staple / stitch-free joints make it 100% waterproof. Techpaulin is rot resistant.

Inert to most chemicals including acid, alkali, oil, stain, etc. Good barrier property allows usage in various applications requiring liquid and gas barrier properties.

Online purchases are delivered by DHL / Tuffnells Courier, and stock items are posted on the same day, for orders placed before 12 pm Monday – Friday.  All of our products meet the highest standards of functionality, performance, design, and durability.  Vat, invoice will be sent to your email provided on your order

Returns

Lost or Damaged Goods

Claims that goods are faulty must be made to Lion Trading GB Ltd within 3 working days of delivery. Please note that once goods have been signed for, this is taken as proof of delivery and consignments received in good condition. Do not sign for any goods which appear to have been damaged in transit or have damaged packaging. Where goods are not delivered the customer must inform Lion Trading GB Ltd within 3 working days of confirmation.

Cancellations or Returns

Orders for specially manufactured products – whether special design, size or materials – are not subject to cancellation.

Return of goods will not be accepted for credit without prior permission. A handling charge of 20% will apply. Purchases will be liable for any costs incurred in returning products and restoring them to their original condition. This does not apply where there is a genuine complaint.
