Delivery & Returns

Delivery timescales vary depending on the product(s) that you choose to order. These will always be set out on the product page before placing your order so that you know when to expect to receive the item(s).  The vast majority of items will be delivered in less than 5 working days, and many items have next day delivery available.

Returns

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations you have a right to cancel your order (subject to the exceptions listed below) at any time up to fourteen days from the date of delivery to you, and to receive a full refund, including the costs of delivery.

• If you wish to return an item you must notify the retailer in writing or via our online returns form and agree the return before sending your item.

• You have a right to cancel any order placed with us, except for items which are perishable or personalised or customised to order.

• If you are returning an item due to a fault with the item or if the wrong item has been sent then the retailer will be responsible for paying return postage.

• If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, it doesn't fit or you don't like it then you are responsible for paying return postage. Some retailers may choose to offer free returns according to their own terms but this is not required.

• We recommend you use a tracked service to return items.

In accordance with the Distance Selling Act, any refund will be made within a maximum of 30 days from receiving your cancellation in writing.
