Customisation.
1. The standard format for this type of charm is ONE date (01-01-01). Please be extra careful when typing in this information as the text we receive is the text we use. We cannot add a name as well as there is no room on this size of charm.
2. If you have any special requests for example or dates in a different format to that shown in the image please email us before purchase
3. If you require a name INSTEAD of a date this can be done for you (max 8 letters).
The Daisy charm is 9mm in size, and has a matt finish. This 9mm Daisy charm branded charm comes in Daisy charm packaging. This Daisy charm has the brand name Daisy charm stamped on the back. This charm is compatible with other 9mm classic size Italian charms including major brands. The Daisy charm brand name is owned and distributed by JSC Jewellery.

Delivery
We aim to to dispatch your order Within 48 hours from payment, we dispatch Monday to Friday Inclusive (Public Holidays Excepted). The 48 hour dispatch is for stock products, bespoke products add time to dispatch, for example add your own photo products can take between 5-10 working days to produce. All production times are mentioned in the product description, for a small fee add your own photo products can be sent out seperately to the rest of your order (available at point of purchase.)

Returns
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations you have a right to cancel your order (subject to the exceptions listed below) at any time up to fourteen days from the date of delivery to you, and to receive a full refund, including the costs of delivery.
You have a right to cancel any order placed with us, except for items which are perishable or personalised or customised to order.
If you are returning an item due to a fault with the item or if the wrong item has been sent then the retailer will be responsible for paying return postage.
If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, it doesn't fit or you don't like it then you are responsible for paying return postage. Some retailers may choose to offer free returns according to their own terms but this is not required.
We recommend you use a tracked service to return items.
In accordance with the Distance Selling Act, any refund will be made within a maximum of 30 days from receiving your cancellation in writing.
