This wine reveals classic Chenin Blanc notes of baked apple, citrus and honey. It is dry in style with a full and rich palate, enhanced by long term ageing on yeast lees. It is delicious as a young wine but will gain complexity with time in the bottle and will make the perfect accompaniment to seafood dishes.

Product description

It was pressed lightly, settled overnight and run to a mix of large format oak barrels and small tanks for fermentation with wild yeast. The tank fermented portion was stopped with a small amount of residual sugar to provide richness to the final blend. The wine was aged on its lees with regular stirring until being blended in February 2021.

Standard delivery is £9.99 and may take up to 10 working days, although under normal circumstances your order should be delivered within 3-5 working days.

Returns

How long do I have to return an item to you? We will accept returns up to and including 7 days from the day of delivery.

How do I return an item? Simply return the item to the following address within the specified time, using any postal service. Remember to use a service that requires a signature and includes insurance as responsibility remains with you until we have signed for it.

Remember to enclose the printed returns note with your item or it may delay processing.

We try hard to accept all returns but returns must be in original packaging and in original condition. In the unlikely event that an item is returned in an unacceptable condition the item may be returned to you.
