Product description

These Forgefix Cavity Wall Anchors are a specialist plasterboard fixing with Pozi ompatible and slotted combination drive insert. They have an all-metal construction for applications which require heat resistance and are Zinc Plated for increased resistance to corrosion. The anchors have anti-rotation teeth, which pierce the base plasterboard skin to ensure firm anchorage.

APPLICATION:
All metal construction means the anchors are suitable for the heavier duty tasks such as fixing radiators and wall units.

Zinc coatings prevent oxidation of the protected metal to create a longer lasting finish. It does this by forming a barrier and by acting as a sacrificial anode if this barrier is damaged. Zinc oxide is a fine white dust that (in contrast to iron oxide) does not trigger a breakdown of the substrate?s surface integrity as it is formed. The zinc oxide, if left intact, can act as a barrier to further oxidation, in a way similar to the protection afforded to aluminum and stainless steels by their oxide layers.

Returns

You can return an item to us for either exchange or refund within 21 days of receiving it, providing that the product is unused, and in the condition that it arrived in, including any packaging. The only exceptions to this are items that have been made to order, customised to order, perishable goods or audio or visual recordings or computer software if the item has been unsealed.
