AquaClean Alba Features:

TurboFlush Technology: The innovative Rimless TurboFlush technology enables particularly quiet and thorough flushing. Because the TurboFlush technology flushes the toilet cleaner than a normal flush, the traditional toilet brush is virtually no longer required after using the toilet.

Adjustable Water Temperature

Geberit Home App: Transforms your smartphone into a remote control for your AquaClean Alba, access advanced user functions that offer the capability to save personal settings including shower spray intensity, spray arm position, temperature control and many others.

WhirlSpray: For the last 45 years, Geberit has been continuously perfecting the spray functionality along with the centrepiece of every shower toilet. The innovative, patented WhirlSpray shower technology enables particularly thorough and pleasant cleaning thanks to the dynamic aeration.

Oscillating Spray: The oscillation function gently moves the spray arm back and forth for even more thorough cleaning.

Soft Close, Quick Release Seat & Lid

Economy Mode: Ensures the AquaClean Alba consumes no more than 0.5 watts when on standby

Remote Control: The shower toilet functions can be controlled in an instant. The remote control allows all actions to be taken with one hand.

Delivery Charges are estimated in the basket - Most ranges have 3 main UK delivery charges

1. Small parcel delivery for example taps, showers and accessories - £8.95 for total order.
2. Large deliveries for example baths, showers trays and shower enclosures - £24.95 for total order.
3. Some products may have a larger delivery charge and this will show when you add the item to the basket.
4. We use many forms of delivery services dependant on postcode and product. We may deliver larger items on a pallet service, this can be kerbside and the customer will be responsible for the disposal of any pallets and packaging.

Occasionally we may ask for an extra delivery charge on certain products or delivery areas. 

Order Times - We now offer next day delivery on many of the items listed on our website. Goods are generally dispatched within 1 to 5 working days from receipt of full payment. Our average delivery time is currently 3 working days. If for any reason these time scales cannot be adhered to, we will notify you immediately and a revised delivery schedule will be decided. All orders will be sent at our option using the best and most cost effective method.

If you require your goods by a certain date please call us on 01482 795165 and we will work with you to expedite the delivery time when possible. In some cases we can deliver goods the following morning. We can never guarantee any delivery times but we will always work as hard as possible to meet your deadlines.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Deliveries - Any product damage, defects or delivery errors must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the goods. The onus is on you to check the goods not the installation people. Please take off the outer packaging carefully and check for damage or defects immediately. Once you have notified us of a problem with the goods, we will, at our option either make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective. We cannot accept a return under any circumstances if you have begun installation of the product.

Returns

Return Period - There is a maximum 14 day notification period for all product returns. We will gladly accept any returns for products in original undamaged packaging where we are notified within the 14 day period after delivery. To notify us of a product you wish to return please email sales@bathroomsuppliesonline.com Once we have been notified of the return you then have a further 14 days to return the goods to our address. All refunds will then be processed within 14 days of receipt.

Please note - If the product packaging is damaged defaced in any way with names, address or order numbers ect we will not be able to offer a credit. All items to be returned must be in the exact same condition as we delivered them. Please place the items in an outer box or wrap in paper.

Please Note - Customers are responsible for all return collection costs. These are estimated at £20 - £30 for small items (accessories, taps, showers etc) and £60 - £80 for large items (toilets, basins, baths, shower enclosures etc) but are dependent on the collection location and product. Alternatively, products can be returned via your chosen courier at your cost back to our address. Please note if you are returning the products with your own delivery company please take the necessary insurance with them as damaged items can not be refunded. 

Larger more specialist items like DocM packs, Shower Pods, Walk in baths etc will carry a larger return cost up to £180.
