As a result of customer feedback, all orders include free economy shipping as standard. There is still the option to upgrade to faster shipping if required.

Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible, all items paid for before 5pm are dispatched on the same day from our UK warehouse.

Returns

Consumers can cancel their order within 60 days, the cooling off period starts the day after the goods are received. During this period you can exercise your right to cancel right to cancel in writing or in another durable medium at: Electrolve Ltd, 148 Caistor Road, Laceby, DN37 7JG. In this instance the customer will bear the return postage costs.

Reasonable return postage costs will be refunded if the item is found to be faulty.

The buyer is responsible for packaging the item's in a suitable manner.

Goods are refunded within a maximum of 30 days of receipt.
