Product description

Customise this single European bead charm with a name of your choice, or a small amount of text.

Please note we are unable to add any text/images which may infringe on another persons Copyright or Trade Mark eg band names, celebraties, football teams etc.

The bead is made of stainless steel and with a shiny finish on two sides.  The text of your choice will be added in black in the font shown, with an infinity symbol. Please note that orders containing custom made beads can take up to 3 working days to dispatch. Approx size is 9mm x 11mm, with a 5mm hole.

This bead is designed to be used with our Callia range of European beads and bracelets.  It may is also compatible with other brands of European beads including Pandora, Biagi & Troll.

We aim to  to dispatch your order Within 48 hours from payment, we dispatch Monday to Friday Inclusive (Public Holidays Excepted). The 48 hour dispatch is for stock products, bespoke products add time to dispatch, for example add your own photo products can take between 5-10 working days to produce. All production times are mentioned in the product description, for a small fee add your own photo products can be sent out seperately to the rest of your order (available at point of purchase.)

Returns

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations you have a right to cancel your order (subject to the exceptions listed below) at any time up to fourteen days from the date of delivery to you, and to receive a full refund, including the costs of delivery.

  • If you wish to return an item you must notify the retailer in writing or via our online returns form and agree the return before sending your item.

  • You have a right to cancel any order placed with us, except for items which are perishable or personalised or customised to order.

  • If you are returning an item due to a fault with the item or if the wrong item has been sent then the retailer will be responsible for paying return postage.

  • If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, it doesn't fit or you don't like it then you are responsible for paying return postage. Some retailers may choose to offer free returns according to their own terms but this is not required.

  • We recommend you use a tracked service to return items.

In accordance with the Distance Selling Act, any refund will be made within a maximum of 30 days from receiving your cancellation in writing.
