This rose gold plated shiny finished engraved 18mm superlink Italian charm can be customised with any text of your choice, making it a special additional to an Italian charm bracelet. 18mm charms are twice as long as standard charms giving you more room for your custom text.
You can provide us your customisation by adding the ONE name you require as a message with your Paypal payment OR you can email us via eBay once you have placed your order. Maximum characters for this style is 10.
This is a single Italian charm for use with all other Italian charm products. Italian charms are not compatible with standard or European Bead style charm bracelets. All our charms have a stainless steel base with any enamel or gem designs securely soldered to the base. This charm is 18mm x 9mm in size, has a satin matt finish, is compatible with all other 9mm charms from all other Italian charm brands including 's classic bracelet. This 18 mm charms come packaged in a small organza bag.

We aim to to dispatch your order Within 48 hours from payment, we dispatch Monday to Friday Inclusive (Public Holidays Excepted). The 48 hour dispatch is for stock products, bespoke products add time to dispatch, for example add your own photo products can take between 5-10 working days to produce. All production times are mentioned in the product description, for a small fee add your own photo products can be sent out seperately to the rest of your order (available at point of purchase.)

Returns
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations you have a right to cancel your order (subject to the exceptions listed below) at any time up to fourteen days from the date of delivery to you, and to receive a full refund, including the costs of delivery.
- If you wish to return an item you must notify the retailer in writing or via our online returns form and agree the return before sending your item.

You have a right to cancel any order placed with us, except for items which are perishable or personalised or customised to order.

If you are returning an item due to a fault with the item or if the wrong item has been sent then the retailer will be responsible for paying return postage.

If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, it doesn't fit or you don't like it then you are responsible for paying return postage. Some retailers may choose to offer free returns according to their own terms but this is not required.

We recommend you use a tracked service to return items.
In accordance with the Distance Selling Act, any refund will be made within a maximum of 30 days from receiving your cancellation in writing.
