Derrick Neleman, inspired by the land, tastes and lifestyle of Mediterranean Spain, created Bodegas Neleman to offer a range of organic–vegan–carbon neutral wines that reflect a strong belief: wine is a heady celebration of creativity, art, nature, time, delicious taste, and ecologically-sound thinking.

Our wines come from organically grown grapes, which means that we implement an entirely different set of practices to maintain the vines. Having vineyards free of substances such as herbicides and fungicides, we create a totally natural balance as an “eco-system” around and inside the vineyards.

We do not use any animal products to clarify and fine the wines, but always fining agents coming from the vegetables. All the wines from Bodegas Neleman are certified Vegan by the British vegan society.

We are now calculating our carbon footprint and trying to reduce it. Carbon cloud helps us doing that. Step by step our wines will reveal their carbon footprint.

Some improvements can not be found by looking ahead, but by looking back. That’s why we do not go with screw caps and plastic cork, but we go back to real cork. Cork is much better for the world. For example, a cork oak compensates the most CO2 emissions of all trees. In addition, cork oak plays an important role in curbing forest fires. And then we go back to cork, we do not go back in time. So we come with a unique screw cork.

When your order is ready, we will contact you, then you can pop into the shop and pick it up in person. No extra charge!

If we are delivering to one of the following local postcodes and your order exceeds £50 we will be happy to deliver your order free of charge:

For local deliveries to the above postcodes where your order is below £50 there will be a charge of £4.99.

Postal Delivery

Standard delivery is £9.99 and may take up to 10 working days, although under normal circumstances your order should be delivered within 3-5 working days.

Free delivery on all orders with a value over £200 to a single delivery address for UK mainland destinations.

Returns

How long do I have to return an item to you? We will accept returns up to and including 7 days from the day of delivery.

How do I return an item? Simply return the item to the following address within the specified time, using any postal service. Remember to use a service that requires a signature and includes insurance as responsibility remains with you until we have signed for it.

Remember to enclose the printed returns note with your item or it may delay processing.

We try hard to accept all returns but returns must be in original packaging and in original condition. In the unlikely event that an item is returned in an unacceptable condition the item may be returned to you.

I have lost my returns note, what do I do? Contact us and we will send you another by email.

Have you received my returned items? As soon as your item has been received we will email you a confirmation. In the unlikely event that you haven’t received an email within 10 days of returning your item, please contact us.

How do I change my item for a different one? Simply return the item you have and order a new one in the normal way.
