The Search is OVER! This is the pendant to Show how much you care  - a professionally made personalised peice of stainless steel jewellery.

This stainless steel pendant comes with an 18 inch (46 cm) chain - the most popular size chain in the jewellery market. Add your text and we will make you an AMAZING pendant etched with your text and some hearts and stars on ONE SIDE (the shiny one) of the pendant.

This pendant looks and is fantastic, also:-

  • It is stainless steel rhodium plated for tarnish resistance on one side (the shiny one with the etching)
  • 2.5cm at its widest
  • 2.3 cm at its tallest
  • 1mm thick
  • Weighs 5 grams
  • Permanantly etched in shiny black.

Delivery & returns

Delivery

We aim to  to dispatch your order Within 48 hours from payment, we dispatch Monday to Friday Inclusive (Public Holidays Excepted). The 48 hour dispatch is for stock products, bespoke products add time to dispatch, for example add your own photo products can take between 5-10 working days to produce. All production times are mentioned in the product description, for a small fee add your own photo products can be sent out seperately to the rest of your order (available at point of purchase.)

Returns

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations you have a right to cancel your order (subject to the exceptions listed below) at any time up to fourteen days from the date of delivery to you, and to receive a full refund, including the costs of delivery.

  • If you wish to return an item you must notify the retailer in writing or via our online returns form and agree the return before sending your item.

  • You have a right to cancel any order placed with us, except for items which are perishable or personalised or customised to order.

  • If you are returning an item due to a fault with the item or if the wrong item has been sent then the retailer will be responsible for paying return postage.

  • If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, it doesn't fit or you don't like it then you are responsible for paying return postage. Some retailers may choose to offer free returns according to their own terms but this is not required.

  • We recommend you use a tracked service to return items.

In accordance with the Distance Selling Act, any refund will be made within a maximum of 30 days from receiving your cancellation in writing.
