The Snuggle Rug is a lovely way to help your pets stay warm in the winter. Its self-heating pad reflects their body heat back at them, keeping them nice and warm, whatever the weather.

Perfect for dogs and cats, it has a non-slip base and a machine washable faux lamb's wool top for extra comfort.

The Snuggle Rug is Geoffrey's idea of heaven. So long as he doesn't have to share it with the cat.

Delivery

For all orders above £20, postage is free! For orders below £20, we have a flat rate postage of £2.99 per order. Our online store only caters for deliveries to UK mainland, so if you live outside the UK and would like to place an order, please e-mail your requirements to us at sales@creativeproducts.ltd.uk

We will get back to you with a delivery charge, if it is to your liking, you can either pay over the phone, or we can send you a Paypal invoice for online payment.

Please remember our flat rate cost also covers the cost of processing your order and not just the face value of postage.

Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail.  Your goods will be despatched once your payment has cleared in our account and will be with you within 7 days.

Returns

We hope you are happy with everything you buy from us either online or over the telephone but if for any reason you do need to return your item(s) please drop us an email to sales@creativeproducts.ltd.uk we will then ask you to post them back to us at the following address within 14 days of receiving your item. This is in addition to your statutory rights and complies with UK Distance Selling Regulations:

Is your item faulty?

If your item is faulty please contact us on the above telephone or email address, we will be happy for you to post them back to us and we will send you a brand-new replacement item.
