You might think that Emma's a little odd, sitting out in the garden in the drizzle in November, but it's only because she's never heard of the Window Feeder.

Emma loves to watch the birds in her garden, but it's hard to get up close when her feeders are right at the bottom of the garden.

If she had the Window Feeder, she could simply fill it with seed, attach to the outside of her window, then sit in the comfort of her nice warm home and watch the birds come to her.

It's a much better idea than sitting outside under a golf umbrella, Emma!

Delivery & returns

Delivery

For all orders above £20, postage is free! For orders below £20, we have a flat rate postage of £2.99 per order. Our online store only caters for deliveries to UK mainland, so if you live outside the UK and would like to place an order, please e-mail your requirements to us at sales@creativeproducts.ltd.uk

We will get back to you with a delivery charge, if it is to your liking, you can either pay over the phone, or we can send you a Paypal invoice for online payment.

Please remember our flat rate cost also covers the cost of processing your order and not just the face value of postage.

Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail.  Your goods will be despatched once your payment has cleared in our account and will be with you within 7 days.

Returns

We hope you are happy with everything you buy from us either online or over the telephone but if for any reason you do need to return your item(s) please drop us an email to sales@creativeproducts.ltd.uk we will then ask you to post them back to us at the following address within 14 days of receiving your item. This is in addition to your statutory rights and complies with UK Distance Selling Regulations:

Is your item faulty?
